Vinnie's Rock'n'Roll
Jukebox
On Wednesday 13th July John commences
a regular weekly radio program on community station
100.5 WOW FM. It will be heard every Wednesday afternoon between
4 and 6pm and is called "Vinnie's
Rock'n'Roll Jukebox" and will feature rock music from the fifties
through to now.

In a feature in the
ADELAIDE Sunday Mail recently the song
"Jungle Music" by John Vincent under the alias of Ken Oath was included
in the Top 50 South Australian songs of all time at number 47 |

On Saturday July 24 John Vincent is a guest-columnist for the Adelaide
Advertiser as that paper celebrates 50 years of rock'n'roll.
John will be writing about some of the best national and
international concerts he saw as a
teenager in the fifties including the likes of Bill
Haley and the Comets , Johnny O'Keefe, Chuck Berry, Eddie Cochrane and
many more.

Then on Monday July 26 at 3pm Vinnie is guesting with Carole Whitelock
on 891 ABC Adelaide talking about the music
and news of 1965. |
